Hemorrhoids Treatment Guide

I haven't suffer from hemorrhoids . So I don't know much about the symptoms .Usually , after giving birth ,women are tend to get Hemorrhoids . Luckily my wife is ok after giving a birth last 2 month . Thanks God .

What is Hemorrhoids actually ? Hemorrhoids actually refers to a condition in which the veins around the anus or lower rectum are swollen and inflamed. Hemorrhoids may result from straining to move stool. Other contributing factors include pregnancy, aging, chronic constipation or diarrhea, and anal intercourse .

Hemorrhoids are itching, painful, or bleeding masses of swollen tissues and varicose veins located in the anus and rectum. Fortunately, hemorrhoids can be treated easily, and may be prevented in many cases. Since the condition of hemorrhoids almost always tends to get worse over the years, safe, gentle, and effective treatment for hemorrhoids are advocated as soon as they occur.

Yes there are treatement but prevention is better than cure . The best way to prevent hemorrhoids is to keep stools soft so they pass easily, thus decreasing pressure, and to empty bowels without undue straining as soon as possible after the urge occurs. Exercise, including walking, and eating a high fiber diet help reduce constipation and straining by producing stools that are softer and easier to pass.
